JAM introduction letter and registration form

Wivelsfield J.A.M - Jesus and Me has been running for several years, It provides children with an opportunity to socialise and have fun in the context of developing their own relationship with Jesus through art, craft, song, drama, prayer and play.

All Wiveslfield J.A.M volunteers believe that every child is a unique being of God’s creation.  Our group is a place in which we value all people who we encounter in daily life and appreciate the range of different God given gifts we all possess.

Many of the Wivelsfield J.A.M leaders are connected to the church and all run the special events on a voluntary basis, which is why we are able to offer a whole day of activities with childcare for only £7.00 per child.

As we are working with young children, we have ensured that we have the appropriate ‘DBS enhanced disclosures’ and first aid requirements in place.  We have also ensured that we can have the appropriate ratios of adults to children in place.  However, due to these important ratios we have a limited number of places and these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Our special events are held on Saturdays just before Easter, Christmas and during the summer holidays.  Exact details will be advertised  in the lead up to the event.  Each event begins at 9.30am in the Wivelsfield Church Hall.  Please ensure that your child arrives on time, with a packed lunch.  During the day there will be many experiences for the children to engage in, such as games, crafts, drama, play and much more.

At 2.30pm, you are invited to come along for coffee (maybe even mulled wine) and mince pies in the Renshaw Room and then at 3.00pm we will have a shared celebration in the main hall.  The children will be able to leave at 3.30pm.

If you wish to book you child a place, please print and complete the below registration form and return it to Mrs Sarah Cox, Baldings Barn, Slugwash Lane, Wivelsfield Green, West Sussex, RH17 7RG (or simply hand it to me on the playground or through Church).  So that we can ensure the best possible support and care for all of our children, please advise us if your child has any medical or learning needs.  The information you give will be treated as confidential.  Please also send payment with the booking form - cash only please.
